FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of fire extinguishing powders which can be used to extinguish fires of classes A, B, C and E. To obtain a multipurpose fire extinguishing powder mix ammophos, ammonium sulphate or mineral salt (concentrate) Halite as main component, apatite concentrate or talcum magnesite, or phosphorite, or quartz sand as target filler and condensed silica fume of grade MK-85, pre-treated by water repellent liquid in the ratio of 6÷0.5–1.0 as a water repellent additive. Invention allows to reduce the labor intensity of obtaining fire extinguishing powder corresponding to all the requirements of GOST R 53280.4-2009, to reduce material and energy costs.
EFFECT: reduce in labor intensity.
