FIELD: wireless communication equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in wireless communication systems. For this purpose there are presented versions of a communication device of millimeter wavelength range (mmW) and methods for intellectual controlling the transmission power and the power flux density. In some versions the base station of millimeter range comprises a processor for beamforming, which configures a wide-aperture antenna array for multibeam transmission of signals in the millimeter range to multiple user equipment (UE). Processor for the beamforming can allocate for each UE a non-interfering spectrum section within the full channel bandwidth, so that the width of this section is considerably less than the full channel bandwidth, and form a multibeam directional pattern for simultaneous directing multiple antenna beams as per the technology of multi-user multiple-input and multiple-output (MU-MIMO) to the UE for parallel data streams transmission to the said UE within the allocated to each UE spectrum section in accordance with assigned power of transmission.

EFFECT: technical result is higher information transmission throughput.
