FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, specifically to solid-state electrochemical sources of current, for example, accumulator batteries and batteries of double-layer capacitors – super capacitors. Electrochemical device comprises housing elements and assembly set of single electrochemical elements, where each electrochemical element is made in the form of two electrodes and two separators, stacked or rolled in flat roll with terminal cathode and anode current taps on opposite sides, provided that terminal current taps of electrochemical elements are connected with flat conductive parts, coming outside of the electrochemical element contours, while between the said parts there are electrical insulating frames with elastic edges. Frames form closed tight loop around each electrochemical element and are configured to hold internal pressure from 0.01 to 1 MPa.

EFFECT: invention simplifies production and assembly, as well as ensures higher efficiency of device.
