Biomedical device contains a flexible micro battery made with arcuate electrodes, electrolyte and located in flexible packaging separator with the ion conductivity, as well as surrounding the flexible package encapsulating copper layer, wherein one of the anode current lead or cathode current lead is not surrounded by the encapsulating copper layer, and part of the said copper layer is applied on flexible packaging using the chemical deposition. Battery contains a hydrogel layer, which stores water and water from the hydrogel can diffuse to the cathode and the separator layers inside the battery, and the first biocompatible encapsulating layer, which encapsulates the electrically active component and battery. Said battery manufacturing method includes sealing by ultrasonic welding, the copper layer chemical deposition, as well as contacting with the cathode and / or separator the hydrogel layer application.
