SUBSTANCE: disclosed is an absorbent article, capable of providing convenience to a user, while remaining dry and preventing leakage of fluid. Absorbent article comprises a multilayer upper sheet, which comprises a first layer of upper sheet, having a hole located above second layer of upper sheet. First layer of upper sheet and second layer of upper sheet are interconnected by a seam, which in one embodiment as a whole corresponds to shape hole, that is aligned with second layer of upper sheet. Furthermore, first layer located under upper layer is located under multilayer upper sheet and comprises a hole, that is smaller than hole of first layer of upper sheet.

EFFECT: such combination of holes arranged one above other, provides an absorbent article, which can maintain high level of dryness and prevents leakage of physiological liquids due to effect of funnel and its capacity to match body of user.
