Summary consists in fact, that radial x-rays are directed to article along at least one direction, in which part of radial X-rays is reflected from article; recording reflected radial X-rays from article along at least one direction and recording intensity of recorded reflected high-energy waves, thereafter, forming one-dimensional image of article from recorded reflected high-energy waves.
EFFECT: technical result is enabling higher speed of obtaining data on violations in article.
