FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used at parts flat grinding. Spindle with abrasive wheel is rotated with provision of torsional vibrations around its axis. Grinding is carried out with spindle rotation frequency adaptive change. Frequency change is determined from condition of performing, at least, one complete period of rotation frequency change during abrasive wheel passage along processed surface with taking into account of penetration and overrun. Presented are mathematical relationships to determine spindle actual rotation speed.
EFFECT: result is improved quality of processed surface, higher resistance of abrasive wheel and efficiency due to continuous elimination of growths from abrasive grains surface.
