FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to machining of hard-to-machine metals and alloys. Proposed device comprises case with its bottom to be secured to machine table and its top to support billets to be machined. Electromagnetic rectangular plate is flexible arranged on strips from antifriction material atop said case. Blunt hole is bored at the center on lower flange side to receive rotor shaft eccentric journal. Twisted magnetic duct is arranged on rotor end faces with short-circuited secondary. Rotor is incorporated with end induction motor including stator with twisted magnetic core made integral with case lower part that has m1-phase primary. Said rotor is arranged between magnetic core faces to rotate there between, on support barrel pressed in case lower part central bore.
EFFECT: higher quality and efficiency.
