SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analysis of user online behavior and monitoring network quality methods in home gateway. Method includes steps of: collecting online user data, analysis of data packet arriving in home gateway, generating a corresponding CSV file of online behaviour and forwarding file to an FTP-server, monitoring quality of network services, periodic simulation, by means of home gateway, PPPOE dialing, active initiation of determination of service accessibility of TCP, DNS, HTTP and FTP, generating a corresponding CSV file of quality network services according to result of determining and forwarding file to FTP server, analysis of CSV file of online behaviour and CSV file of quality network services and obtaining results relating to online user behaviour and quality of network services.
EFFECT: technical result is more efficient use of home gateway for providing analysis of online behaviour of a user.
