CATALYST COMPOSITION FOR HYDROGENATION AND HYDROGENATION METHOD USING SAME Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC B01J31/22 C08F8/04 C07F7/28

Abstract RU 2608996 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hydrogenation catalyst composition. Composition contains components (A), (B), (C) and (D), where weight ratio of (C) to (A) ((C)/(A)) ranges from 0.1 to 4.0 and wherein weight ratio of (D) to (A) (D/A) ranges from 0.01 to 1.00. (A) is a titanocene compound, represented by general formula (1), , where R5 and R6 represent a group, selected from a group, consisting of hydrogen, hydrocarbon group, having 1–12 carbon atoms, aryloxy group, alkoxy group, halogen group and carbonyl group, and R5 and R6 can be identical or different; and R1 and R2 are a group selected from a group consisting of hydrogen and hydrocarbon group, having 1-12 carbon atoms, and R1 and R2 can be identical or different; provided that not all R1 and R2 are hydrogen atoms or not all of them are a hydrocarbon group, having 1–12 carbon atoms. (B) is a compound containing one or more elements selected from groupconsisting of elements Li, Na, K, Mg, Zn, Al and Ca, and having ability to recover said component (A). (C) is an unsaturated compound, having molecular weight 4 00 or less and with content of unsaturated groups of 2 mol or more with respect to 1 mol (C), and (D) is a polar compound. Also disclosed is a hydrogenation method.

EFFECT: hydrogenation catalyst composition can hydrogenate a compound containing an olefinic unsaturated double bond with economic advantage, has excellent storage stability and good properties at feed, and which can result in a polymer with properties of absence of yellowing at hydrogenation stage.
