CATALYST COMPOSITION FOR HYDROGENATION AND HYDROGENATION METHOD USING SAME Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC B01J31/22 C08F8/04 C07F7/28

Abstract RU 2609020 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hydrogenation catalyst composition. Composition contains components (A), (B), (C) and (D), where weight ratio (D) to (A) ((D)/(A)) ranges from 0.01 to 2.00, and where weight ratio of (C) to (A) ((C)/(A)) ranges from 0.3 to 8.0. (A) is a titanocene compound, represented by general formula (1)

where R5 and R6 represent any group, selected from a group, consisting of hydrogen, hydrocarbon group, having 1–12 carbon atoms, aryloxy group, alkoxy group, halogen group and carbonyl group, R5 and R6 can be identical or different; and R1 and R2 represent any group selected from a group, consisting of hydrogen and hydrocarbon group having 1–12 carbon atoms, and R1 and R2 can be identical or different; provided that, not all R1 and R2 are hydrogen atoms or not all of them are a hydrocarbon group, having 1–12 carbon atoms. (B) is a compound containing one or more elements, selected from a group consisting of elements Li, Na, K, Mg, Zn, Al and Ca. (C) is an unsaturated polymer, with fraction content of olefin unsaturated double bonds for side chains in terms of total content of olefin unsaturated double bonds, ranging from 0.25 to 1.0. (D) is a polar compound selected from a group, including alcohol compounds, ethers compounds, thioether compounds, ketone compounds, sulphoxide compounds, carboxylic acid compounds, carboxylate compounds, aldehyde compounds, lactam compounds, lactone compounds, amine compounds, amide compounds, nitrile compounds, epoxy-oxime compounds and oxime compounds. Also disclosed is a hydrogenation method.

EFFECT: proposed composition enables to hydrogenate a compound containing olefinic unsaturated double bond, and has excellent storage stability and good properties at feed, and which can yield a polymer with excellent properties of absence of yellowing at hydrogenation stage.
