FIELD: polyolefin resin; polyolefin film; method for manufacturing polyolefin resin.
SUBSTANCE: polyolefin resin meeting the following requirements (i)-(viii): (i) the density is 0.910-0.935 g/cm3; (ii) melt flow index (MIE) (190°C, 2.16 kg) is 0.1-2.0 g/10 min; (iii) high load melt flow index (MIF) (190°C., 21.6 kg) is 17-100 g/10 min; (iv) SR (MIF/MIE) is 35-55; (v) Mw/Mn is 3.0-5.0; (vi) Mz/Mw is 2.0-3.5; and (vii) tear strength (MD, g) in the processing direction of a film obtained by blowing a polyolefin resin to a thickness of 30 mсm at an expansion ratio (BUR) of 2.5 satisfies the following relational expression 1:MD > 1/EXP(0.102xSR) x 3000 + EXP (4.35/D); (viii) the polyolefin resin is a linear low density polyethylene copolymer having a plurality of long chain branches; the polyolefin resin is an ethylene/1-hexene copolymer. The method for manufacturing a polyolefin resin comprises: synthesizing a prepolymer in a slurry polymerization reactor by prepolymerizing a prepolymerization composition containing ethylene monomer, 1-hexene, and a catalyst composition; and synthesizing a polyolefin polymer by polymerizing a base polymerization composition fed to the gas phase reactor containing a prepolymer, an ethylene monomer, and a 1-hexene monomer. The polyolefin film is made from a polyolefin resin that satisfies the requirements (i) to (viii).
EFFECT: development of linear low-density polyethylene with excellent workability and high strength.
