SELECTION OF ANATOMICAL VERSION MODEL FOR IMAGE SEGMENTATION Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC G06T7/00 G06K9/34 G06K9/66

Abstract RU 2609084 C2

FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to images segmentation and, more specifically, to images segmentation using deformable models. System (100) for object segmentation on image comprises first adapter (110), analyzer (115), selector (120), initializer (125) and second adapter (130). First adapter (110) is intended for first model adaptation for object segmentation to image. Analyzer (115) is intended for attribute extraction from image, based on adapted first model. Selector (120) is intended for object segmentation second model selecting from plurality of object segmentation models, based on attribute, extracted from image. At that, second model contains object additional part. Initializer (125) is intended for second model initialization, based on adapted first model and/or attribute, extracted from image. Second adapter (130) is intended for initialized second model adaptation to image.

EFFECT: technical result is higher accuracy of anatomical organ with high anatomical variability model adaptation during anatomical organ image segmentation.
