FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for deformation and stress analysis in hazardous production facilities in gas, petrochemical industry. Present method comprises coating surface of a component part with a brittle strain-sensitive porous coating with freon, hardening coating, loading structure and determining zone of freon gas release from porous coating (bubbles burst), using a gas analyser, wherein brittle strain-sensitive porous coating used is coating made from a mixture containing epoxy resin, PEP hardener, freon gas R-22 with following ratio of components, wt%: epoxy resin 65–84, PEP hardener 14–33, freon gas R-22 2–10.
EFFECT: technical result is enabling determination of stress and deformation on basis of released gas at low and extreme deformations.
