SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of green tea extract nanocapsule production. The said method implies that green tea extract is added to the suspension of chitozan in petroleum-ether in the presence of glycerol ester with one-two molecules of fatty edible acids and one-two molecules of citric acid as surface active agent while mixing at 1300 rpm, afterwards acetone is added, the obtained nanocapsule suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature; herewith the mass ratio kernel/shell in nanocapsules accounts for 1:3, 1:1 or 1:5.
EFFECT: invention provides for simplified and faster production of green tea extract nanocapsules, and for increase of their output by weight.
