SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, pharmaceutics and food industry and can be used to produce hop cone nanocapsules. Method of producing dry hop cone nanocapsules comprises adding dry hop cone extract to a kappa-carrageenan suspension in methanol in presence of 0.01 g of glycerol ester with one or two molecules of edible fatty acids and one or two molecules of citric acid as a surfactant while stirring at 700 rpm, further adding petroleum ether, obtained suspension of nanocapsules is filtered and dried at room temperature. Weight ratio of core : shell in produced nanocapsules makes 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: invention allows to simplify and accelerate the process of producing nanocapsules and increase the output by mass.
