FIELD: medical devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for controlled implantation of an artificial atrioventricular valve. The system for controlled implantation of an artificial atrioventricular valve contains an implantable artificial atrioventricular valve, a delivery catheter, a control handle, a guide catheter and a position limiting wire. The implantable artificial atrioventricular valve contains an element to be fixed. The position limiting wire is detachably connected to an implantable artificial atrioventricular valve. The proximal end of the position limiting wire is connected to the control handle. The distal end of the guiding catheter is provided with a guiding element. A part in the form of the distal end of the guiding catheter is made with the possibility of bending. The proximal end of the delivery catheter and the proximal end of the guiding catheter are respectively connected to the control handle. When assembled, the guide catheter and the position limiting wire are placed in the delivery catheter, with the position limit wire passing through the guide member. The control handle is configured to move the guiding element on the guiding catheter along the position-limiting wire in the direction of the distal end, while the part in the form of the distal end of the guiding catheter is configured to bend and deform, and the distal end of the guiding catheter is configured to adjoin the implantable artificial atrioventricular valve to be fixed.

EFFECT: system for guided implantation of artificial atrioventricular valve has a simple structure, small catheter diameter, accurate positioning, safe and secure fixation.
