FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. In the method, the modular prosthetic valve device that is inserted through the skin comprises a plurality of device modules, a first self-assembly element and a second self-assembly element, each having a delivery configuration for installation in the delivery device. Said plurality of modules comprises a valve assembly having an folded, unassembled delivery configuration. Each of the first and second self-assembly elements has a substantially direct delivery configuration, parallel to the longitudinal axis of the delivery device, and a predetermined operating configuration. After the expansion from the delivery device, the folded unassembled configuration of the valve module becomes unfolded and assembled into the working configuration using the first and second self-assembly elements. Disclosed is a constructive variant for the application of a modular prosthetic valve device that is inserted through the skin.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing complications and improving the safety of valve replacement.
