FIELD: fire-prevention facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective devices used in hazardous and radioactive facilities, such as easily resettable panels and roofs, explosion-proof fencings and dampers, overpressure valves. In the safety structure for fencing the buildings in case of an emergency situation, containing reinforced concrete panels, each of which consists of the collapsing and the indestructible parts, while the indestructible part is made in the form of bearing ribs disposed along the collapsing part contour, and the collapsing part is made in the form of at least two coaxially located recesses in the wall of the building, one of which, the external one, is formed by planes of the regular quadrangular truncated pyramid with the rectangular base, and the other, the internal one, represents two inclined surfaces connected by an edge, with the formation of the groove, wherein the thickness of the wall from the edge to the outer surface of the building fence must be no less than d=20 mm, while at impact of the shock or explosive load this section of the wall can be divided into separate parts; at least three horizontal rods on which the armored screen fixed on the rods by locking elements is located, are attached to the bearing structure ribs placed along the contour of the orderly collapsing structure, and the orderly collapsing structure comprises the built-in emergency alert system, which is made in the form of the security indicator fixed between the flanges, one of which is rigidly fixed on the bearing ribs located around the contour of the orderly collapsing structure, and the other one is on the armoured screen, on the side of inclined surfaces connected by an edge, turned to the screen, and the armoured screen is fixed to the rods via the elastic elements by the locking elements, the flanges being connected by the element on which the security indicator is fixed, made in the form of a sensor responsive to the deformation, the output of which is connected to the signal amplifier, and the signal amplifier output is connected to the input of the emergency alert system device.
EFFECT: invention improves the security of personnel work in hazardous areas.
