Onset of building structures parts displacements monitoring device, including laser, reflecting mirrors, fixed on building structure controlled parts, correcting reflector, parallel located mirrors, focusing lens, light-sensitive matrix, analogue-to-digital converter, computer, wherein onset of building structures parts displacement sensitive element is system of mirrors and light-sensitive matrix, change of mutual location of any system component leads to change position of light spot on light-sensitive matrix, which testifies of change in structure controlled parts spatial position.
EFFECT: determining occurrence of building structures relative displacement.
