FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used in treatment of background and pre-cancer vesical cervix diseases. On surface of vesical cervix and cervical canal photosensitiser "RadaGel′" is applied with concentration of active substance of 0.5 %. Gel is maintained for 40–60 minutes. Gel is removed and is exposed by means of laser surgical apparatus "Lakhta-Milon" in continuous mode. Wave length 662 nm, power density is 200–250 J/cm2. First exocervical zone is exposed at output power of 1.0 W in radial scattering mode. Then endocervical zone is irradiated in diffuse scattering mode at output power of 0.9 W.
EFFECT: method enables precision even exposure of all parts of vesical cervix, which reduces healing period, eliminates scars, enables maintaining functional and anatomical integrity of vesical cervix.
