FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynaecology, and can be used for personalized treatment of HPV-associated recurrent chronic cervicitis based on immunogenetic criteria. At the first stage etiotropic therapy is carried out according to results of microscopy and bacterioscopy, PCR. At the second stage, the uterine cervix is treated with an Elton balneal followed by 10-day course of infrared laser irradiation of the uterine neck in the first phase of the menstrual cycle for 10 minutes at wavelength of 0.9 mcm, pulse power 5 W, pulse repetition frequency 600 Hz. At the third stage, if observing a Ser allele in a TLR6 gene and a homozygous Pro/Pro or Arg/Arg genotype in the TP53 gene, the third stage involves 10 hirudotherapy procedures, with session frequency 2–3 times a week, 1 menstrual cycle, 5 leeches per procedure. If observing the Pro/Pro mutation in the TLR6 gene or the heterozygous Pro/Arg genotype in the TP53 gene, the patient is diagnosed with 20 hirudotherapy procedures, with sessions 2–3 times a week, 2 menstrual cycles, 5 leeches per the procedure. When determining Pro/Pro mutation in gene TLR6 and heterozygous genotype Pro/Arg in gene TR53 in patient, 30–40 procedures of hirudotherapy are performed, depending on colposcopic dynamics, with periodicity of sessions 2–3 times a week, within 4–5 menstrual cycles, 5 leeches per procedure.
EFFECT: method provides elimination of the pathogen and/or reduced quantitative load, improved microcirculation, exocervical epithelial repair ensured by individual immunogenetic criteria.
