FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: after the implantation of an artificial sphincter, for residual urinary incontinence treatment, a fat graft enriched in the stromal-vascular fraction is inserted in the submucosa of the urethra along the standing rim area the artificial urinary sphincter ferrule. The insertion is provided endoscopically, through a needle to a depth of 2 mm. After injection, a balloon catheter is installed into the urethra for about 24 hours.
EFFECT: method allows to perform adequate treatment of residual incontinence and eliminate the possibility of infection of a preliminary installed artificial urinary sphincter.
