METHOD FOR DISTALISATION OF MOLARS AND PREMOLARS Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61C7/00 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is applicable for distalisation of molars and premolars. Patient is partially installed bracket system, stage of levelling and switching to full-steel steel arcs, installing a mini-implant in the canine region distally or mesial to the root, in range of 2–5 mm from the transient fold and 3–5 mm from the interdental papilla. Thereafter, disjoining composite patches are placed on premolars, opening Ni-Ti spring between first and second molars, as well as fixing from the mini-implant to the first molar, then, after removing the spring and the stop, after distalisation of the second molar a new support is placed from it to the mini implant, then the cavity distalises the remaining teeth to the second molar, after distalisation of the first molars, the bracket-system is supplemented and fixed on the incisors and canines, and the mini-implant is unscrewed and the stop is removed, then an additional stage of levelling with the Ni-Ti arc is performed.

EFFECT: method due to installation of a mini-implant in the canine region taking into account the above parameters does not limit distalisation and increases the clinical effectiveness.
