SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, specifically to dentistry and orthodontics, and is intended for use in the correction of the distalization of the first molars of the upper jaw in the vestibular-oral direction. A buccal tube is fixed on the first molar of the upper jaw. Brace button is fixed on the canine from the same side of the upper jaw. Further, a molar distalizer is made of the orthodontic wire, including a distal portion, a vertical open loop, a straight portion and a vertical portion with a hook at the end, wherein the molar distalizer is configured such that the distal portion extends into the first end of the vertical open loop, the vertical open loop and the vertical portion with the hook are oriented in the same direction from the straight portion, and the first and second ends of the vertical open loop are perpendicular to the distal portion and in parallel to the vertical portion. After making the molar distalizer, the distal portion is first fixed in the buccal tube, then the end of the straight portion is placed in the slot of the bracket button on the canine. A mandibular tray is made, and a dental bracket button or a buccal tube is fixed on the first molars of the mandible. Further, intermaxillary elastic traction is applied from bracket button or buccal tube on first molars of lower jaw to hook molar distalizer.

EFFECT: inventions allow to obtain the accurate planned movement of the first molars of the upper jaw in the vestibular-oral direction.
