FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of polymer composites, specifically of composite polymer piezoelectrics used as piezoelectric detectors, various actuators, heat-resistant coatings. PVDF and DMAc in PABI polymer blend solution is poured in piezoceramic powder beated in a ball mill while constant stirring with content of components, wt %: 0.3-1.0 piezoceramic, 1.5 PVDF, 1.5 PABI, solvent - the rest. The resulting mixture is heated to 60°C and being stirred for 10-15 minutes. Composite film is obtained by casting the resulting homogeneous solution to a glass substrate of resulting homogeneous solution and drying in vacuo to constant weight. Recommended powder particle size of ferroelectric piezoceramic is 2-3 microns. The composite film is metallized by silver spraying through a mask with rims during the manufacture of piezo-sensitive elements.

EFFECT: invention enables to produce heat-resistant polymer composites with high ferroelectric and thermal properties.
