FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer composites possessing piezoelectric properties, which are used as transducers controlling condition of structure elements exposed to various loading types. Subject composition contains 17.4-26.4% of powdered ferroelectric piezoceramics with particle size 5-10 mcm, 3.1-4.0% of aromatic heterocyclic polyamide, 0.7-0.9% of surfactant dispersant (sopamine or polyethylene glycol), and dimethylacetamide as solvent. Composition find use in the form of films or fibers. These products show high deformability and elasticity, high piezo-sensitivity and allow receiving acoustic emission signals within a wide frequency range, including those within low-frequency range.
