Essence of invention consists in the fact that in magnetoelectric composite material, which is a flexible two-layer structure, one layer of which is a substrate and is made of piezoelectric material with current-conducting coatings, and the second layer of the structure is permanently connected to the substrate and is made from a material in which the magneto-deformation effect is observed.

EFFECT: technical result is to expand the range of magnetoelectric composite materials.
