SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flat filtration elements. Flat filtration element with flat supporting structure and at least one filtration layer made of membrane material, wherein flat supporting structure has first and second opposite outer surfaces located at distance from each other and attached to each other by means of intermediate elements to form so discharge compartment between said first and second outer surfaces, wherein at least one surface of said first and second outer surfaces has through holes for connection with possibility to transfer liquid medium with discharge compartment, wherein said outer surfaces, except through holes, are made of material passing continuously along above external surfaces, wherein filtration layer covers outer surface so, that membrane material passes through holes for anchoring of filtration layer on supporting structure.
