FIELD: hygiene; technology of manufacturing.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to absorbent structure preferably for use in absorbent articles used in personal hygiene industry (for example, in female hygienic pads, baby pampers and shorts or strips for adults suffering from incontinence). Present invention also relates to absorbent product comprising such absorbent structure and to method of making said absorbent structure. Absorbent structure comprises bearing layer, auxiliary layer and absorbent material between them, wherein invariable primary ligaments and essentially temporal secondary ligaments link together bearing layer and auxiliary layer at least partially, wherein in fact temporal secondary ligaments are weakened by impact of liquid on absorbent structure, while invariable primary ligaments remain unchanged.

EFFECT: present invention foresees need for improved flexible, thin, light absorbing structures for absorbent product, in which problems of absorption in existing level of equipment during absorption, distribution and storage of liquids are overcome.
