FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of control in the food industry and can be used in culling agricultural products. To do this, the electrical parameters (e.g., conductivity) or the ion content (such as hydrogen ions, nitrate ions) are determined using the universal electrolytic key consisting of two disposable sterile syringes with standard electrodes filled with the saturated solution of potassium chloride, and connected to the needles to stick in the investigated objects.
EFFECT: invention provides the measurement of the electrical resistivity, pH, ion content in the berries, fruits and vegetables without destroying the integrity of the berries, fruits and vegetables, and the elimination of pollution.
