FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method of pulsating combustion chambers unit operating consists in supplying air into each of fixed cylindrical combustion chambers through inlet air ports during their periodic opening, fuel supply into combustion chambers, its ignition with spark charge during closing of inlet air and outlet gas ports and removal of combustion products flow from combustion chambers through periodically opening outlet gas ports. Pulsating combustion chambers are continuously cooled by air supply through inlet air ports of left-hand disc, installed with possibility of rotating at input of combustion chambers unit, and combustion products removal through output gas ports of right-hand disc, installed with possibility of rotating at output of combustion chambers unit. Discs are brought into movement by means of DC motor and control system. At that, providing change of speed and performing synchronization of fuel supply and ignition processes in each combustion chamber with rotating discs speed.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing reliability and providing controllability of pulsating combustion chambers unit working process.
