FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder electrodeposition, i.e. to materials for composite electrodeposited coatings and can be used for mass, serial and custom production of wear resistant coatings. The iron based electrolytic suspension for wear resistant coatings contains aluminium oxide nanopowder in the form of dispersed spherical particles size 0,03 mkm or less and a concentration of 0.5-50 g/l, obtained by plasma recondensation aluminium oxide coarse powder.
EFFECT: invention improves mechanical strength of the coatings, ie wear resistance, micro-hardness, and electrolyte sedimentation stability.
