FIELD: chemical industry; aircraft industry; mechanical engineering; car industry; other industries; production of electrolyte for galvanization.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of galvanotechnics, in particular, to the electrochemical deposition of zinc and its alloys and may be used in aircraft industry, mechanical engineering, car industry and other industries. The electrolyte contains, (in g/l): zinc chloride - 80-120, ammonium chloride - 150-250, nickel chloride - 110-150 and-or cobalt chloride - 10-25; and-or iron chloride (II) - 10-25, the nanopowder of the oxide of the metal from the Groups IIIA, IVB, VB, VIB and-or the nanopowder the carbide of the metal from the Groups IVB, VB, VIB - 2-100, sodium acetate - 2-10, SAS - 0.01-0.1, water - up to 1 l. The technical result of the invention is the decreased porosity and the increased microhardness for improvement of the corrosion resistance of the details, units and gears of the machines, the increased economic efficiency due to the decreased production expenditures on deposition of the coatings and the decreased ecological hazard of the production due to replacement of cadmium coatings.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the decreased porosity, the increased microhardness improving the corrosion resistance of the details, blocks and gears of the machines, the increased economic efficiency, the decreased production expenditures on deposition of the coatings, the decreased ecological hazard of the production.
