FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: use is in electrical engineering, transport. Disclosed is electric device charging and discharging device in vehicle, containing switch, first and second power supply sources, first and second contactors. First power supply source is made with possibility to supply low voltage. Switch is made with possibility of first power supply source activation/deactivation. Second power supply source supplies high voltage for electric device charging. First contactor is functionally connected to first power supply source and to second power supply source, first contactor is made with possibility of activation of high-voltage supply by second power supply source for electric device charging in response to first power supply source activation by switch. Second contactor is functionally connected to first power supply source and to second power supply source, second contactor changes into open state in response to first power supply source activation by switch.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of power losses during hybrid and/or electric vehicle operation.
