SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and herniology, can be used for plasty of paracolostomy hernias. Xenopericardial plate is used as an endoprosthesis for plasty. Edge of the endoprosthesis on the side of the rough xenopericardium surface is serially anchored by two rows of interrupted sutures to the colon, taken in the form of colostomy, with alternate immersion of the large intestine into the abdominal cavity with fixed interrupted sutures of the endoprosthesis. After suturing the defect in the aponeurosis in the area of the hernia gates, an endoprosthesis fixed on the intestine is placed on the aponeurosis as an onlay so that the rough surface faces the subcutaneous fat, and the smooth side – to the aponeurosis. Further, the endoprosthesis is fixed to the aponeurosis with interrupted sutures.

EFFECT: method provides a reduced risk of recurrent hernias, promotes improved adhesion between tissues, and as a result, reliability of plasty and prevented occurrence of sulfur by using xenopericardium as a material for an endoprosthesis.
