FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, surgery. Surgical knot is formed. In initial position ends of thread are held with 4 and 5 fingers on right and left hands. Threads are placed parallel to internal surface of 3-d finger. Loops are formed on 2 and 3 fingers by counterclock-wise rotary movement of both hands. End of thread, fixed by left hand, is gripped by 2 and 3 fingers of right hand. End of thread, fixed by right hand, is released and gripped by 2 and 3 fingers of left hand. Knot is formed by pulling ends of threads through loops, formed around fingers.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to form knot, quickly fixing and holding tissues due to smaller, in comparison with the prototype, movement of hands.
