FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for sliding intracorporal knot. Method is realized by means of endosurgical instruments: two laparoscopic needle holders or one needle holder and one grasper. Fabric is stitched with the needle with the thread from right to left, leaving the "passive" end of thread 5-7 cm long on the right. Then, three loops are formed on the "passive" end of the thread: two single asymmetrical loops and the third loop connecting the two previous ones - "loop-lock".
EFFECT: method enables increasing the strength of an intracorporal sliding knot when using a suture with high sliding properties by creating a high resistance to sliding of the knot along the guide thread at single tightening of three loops.
