FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used to form a sliding tightening unit. Driven thread is grasped by 4 and 5 fingers of the left hand and is twisted around 2 and 3 fingers in a proximal direction clockwise, making 4.5 coils. Holding the obtained spiral with 1 finger, the driven and driving threads are guided along the back surface of the fingers into the hole formed by the spiral. Driven and drive sutures are fixed by holding their hold-down grips 4 and 5 with fingers of the left hand with winding around 4 fingers on one side of spiral and 3, 4 and 5 with fingers of the right hand with winding around 3 fingers on the other side. First fingers of both hands to the right of the spiral pull the driven thread in plane 2 and 3 of the fingers of the left hand to the left at the minimum possible acute angle to the axis of the spiral, pulling the driving thread and removing the spiral from the fingers, and tighten the knot.
EFFECT: method provides reliable clamping of vessels, ducts and other tissues and organs in endoscopic operations.
