SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the disperse materials drying technique in fluidized bed and can be used in dye-making and dye-using industries, in food, pharmaceutical, microbiological, chemical and other industries. Fluidized bed spray dryer with an inert nozzle contains a housing with a gas distribution grid, vibrating plates, an inert nozzle, an injector, a vibrating mechanism. Nozzle of the feeder of a wet starting product contains a hollow cylindrical body, an external thread is made in its upper part for connection to a connection of a distribution pipeline for supplying liquid. In its lower part, an external thread is made for connection with a divider of the vortex flow. In the body there is an inner cylindrical chamber which serves for supplying a liquid in which a hollow conical swirler is arranged coaxially with a clearance with respect to the inner side surface of the chamber, made in the form of a conical surface with a screw through thread, the vertex of the conical surface of the hollow conical swirl is fixed to the end surface of the rod. Vortex flow dissector is fixed to the body by means of a cage having an internal thread and made in the form of a ring, to which are attached two diametrically arranged vertical plates, connected in the lower part by a horizontally arranged rod, in the middle of which there is a second swirler made in the form of a disk with helical blades, embracing the rod in its middle part with a clearance and having stops at the edges in the form of disks arranged perpendicular to the rod, and in a cylindrical chamber, coaxial with it, a hollow conical swirler is installed with a clearance relative to the inner lateral surface of the chamber.
