FIELD: rotary bladed devices for manufacture of positive-displacement pumps and volumetric-expansion engines operable at high temperatures and pressures; internal and external combustion engines without crank mechanism and valve gear. SUBSTANCE: device has stator with end plates provided with cooling, hollow built-up rotor with radially passing blades which are fitted with rotary movable segment seals mounted in rotor wall with support. Blades are connected with hollow working shaft passing along geometric axis of stator; assembled rotor is mounted eccentrically in circular bores of cover; one blade is connected rotatably-immovably with working shaft and other blade (blades) is (are) connected by means of hinge.
