System comprises means of managing biometric data for collection of biometric data from a user, calculation of a biometric key based on the collected data; means of managing private data for creating a public and a private cryptographic key, encryption of the private cryptographic key with the biometric key, storing the encrypted private cryptographic key and the public cryptographic key in the private database according to a user identifier; decryption means for decrypting the encrypted private cryptographic key with the biometric key, transmitting the decrypted private cryptographic key to encryption means; encryption means for creating an electronic digital signature of the user using the obtained private cryptographic key; verification means for verifying the obtained electronic digital signature of the user using the public cryptographic key, user authentication upon obtaining positive verification results.
