SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to vertebrology, and can be used for complex treatment of lumbar spine diseases. For this purpose, spine stretching sessions are performed using DRX9000 machine, while the patient in horizontal position with individual selection of the angle of lumbar spine inclination. Hardware stretching is carried out according to the scheme, consisting of ten daily sessions and ten sessions in a day. Each daily session of mechanical spinal stretching is preceded by 30-minute interstitial electrical stimulation by Magnon-PRB apparatus generating electric current at frequency 50 Hz and current intensity 5-20 mA; the course comsists of ten days. The first electrode is applied on the spines, and the second one - on projections of trigger points. What is also conducted is a drug therapy consisting of intravenous drop-by-drop introduction of Texamen 20 mg on the first four days, and on the following six days - alternate administration of mixed magnesia 5 ml and Actovegin 5 ml and mixed Spasgan 5 ml, Novocaine 5 ml, 0.5% Trental 5 ml and vitamin B₁₂ 5 ml.

EFFECT: combined impact on the various elements of pathogenesis of spine diseases by means of multiple therapeutic factors, implementing synergistic therapeutic effect, to restore the volume of the intervertebral disc and create a sustainable healthy muscle memory state in paravertebral muscles.
