FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to physiotherapy, neurology, osteopathy, rehabilitation, and can be used for treatment of degenerative processes of the spine. To do this, multichannel electrical stimulation with bipolar-pulse currents is applied, with frequency modulation from 20 Hz to 120 Hz, sending pulses and a pause of 2 s, at the current strength until the muscles contract under the electrodes in the muscle areas: trapezius, rectus abdominis, latissimus dorsi, gluteus maximus, thighs, legs, shoulders and forearms, depending on the lesion, eight or ten fields simultaneously in one procedure, lasting 20-25 minutes, the course of treatment is 10-12 daily procedures.
EFFECT: method ensures elimination of dysfunction of the muscular system, improvement of microcirculation, regional innervation, normalization of the autonomic nervous system, effective relief of pain, improvement of motor functions of patients and prolongation of remission of the disease.
