SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conductors insulation against partial discharge, in particular to method of insulation system production with improved resistance to partial discharge. Method of insulation system with improved resistance to partial discharge production includes stages of providing insulation tape containing mica paper and bearing material, which are connected to each other by means of glue, winding of electrical conductor with insulation tape and impregnation of insulation tape wound around conductor with synthetic resin, which contains filler in form of nanoparticles, wherein filler in form of nanoparticles is present in bimodal form, as combination of two fractions, wherein both fractions of filler in form of nanoparticles differ by their average particles size, and second fraction is smaller than first one.

EFFECT: for first time ever invention shows unexpected effect of erosion inhibiting by proposed bimodal filler in form of nanoparticles.
