FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of buildings from sandwich panels and can be used in panel construction with enhanced requirements to the final product quality and terms of implementation. The method envisages that exterior wall panels of two types, partition panels, ceiling panels of two types, and roof panels are assembled, for each panel a frame is made, on which weather-proof and vapour-proof coating is sewn; voids between the coating and the frame are filled with insulation, the inner and outer finish are mounted, wherein the external wall panel of the first type and the partition panel are made with grooves with sloping walls at the frame butts, the external wall panel of the second type is made with grooves with sloping walls at the frame butts, as well as with milled studs along the short side of the inner side surface of the panel, the studs are made with sloping sides, the size of which corresponds to the size of the grooves at the butts of outer wall panels of the first type, the ceiling panels are made with milled studs along the perimeter of each side surface of the ceiling panel, wherein the ceiling panel of the first type is made with grooves on the butts, and the ceiling panel of the second type is made with studs on the butts; the building frame is mounted, for which purpose the ceiling slabs are laid on the finished basement with strapping loop, providing the snug fit of the ceiling panels to each other by means of groove-stud junctions, wherein the joints between the panels are secured with tapping screws; the exterior wall panels are installed with their followed fixing in the upright position, while the external coatng of the outer wall panels of the first and second types is made so that when installing the panels they are adjacent to each other, the junction point of external wall panels of the first and second type is tightened with tapping screws, and the steps in the installation of external wall panels and ceiling panels are repeated up to the complete mounting of the box, and the mounting of roof panels is carried out.
EFFECT: invention provides reducing the labour costs in the building erection and the terms of construction (from 2-3 days, as in the closest analogue, to 6-10 hours), as well as reducing heat losses and more snug fit of the panels to each other along the entire length of the joints even in the case of poor application or complete absence of the adhesive composition due to the use of a "stud and groove" junction of the zigzag structure at the panel joint.
