FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, in particular to methods of construction of low-rise buildings. Method of building a low-rise building involves erection of a foundation, external and internal walls of the house, and a roof is installed. To erect the foundation, piles are used, which are buried in the ground along the perimeter of the external and internal walls; at that, along the perimeter of the external walls, the piles are installed with different height from the ground surface. Difference in height of piles corresponds to thickness of crossbars installed on piles. Lightweight hollow floor slabs are installed on piles with lower height from ground surface to form a basement. External and internal walls are made from reinforced concrete, or from polystyrene concrete, or from foam concrete panels. After the walls are mounted, a flat roof is mounted from a sandwich panel consisting of a layer of a self-supporting profiled sheet, a layer of a vapour barrier, a layer of a profiled sheet.

EFFECT: reduction of labour costs for erection of a building.
