SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine-tool industry and can be used in designs of metal cutting machines. Machine tool comprises at least two satellites units (11), each of which includes processed parts satellite (12), wherein said processed parts satellites units (11) rest on corresponding satellites supports (1) with possibility of horizontal displacement in first direction, parallel to horizontal axis Z. At least first tool holder (21) is placed on tool holders support (2) with possibility of horizontal displacement in second direction between at least one working position (A), in which said first tool holder (21) is directed to one of said processed parts satellites units (11), and at least one non-working position, whereat said first tool holder (21) is not facing any satellite unit (11) for processed parts.

EFFECT: using invention enables to simplify machine tool reconfiguration process.
