SUBSTANCE: gear wheel made from ferromagnetic material, contains the body and gear rim with teeth. The surface sections of the body, forming the bottom land of the toothed rim and adjacent to it the inactive sections of the tooth side walls are coated with the magnetic passive material, such as plastic.
EFFECT: improving quality of the gear lubrication.
