FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: toothed gearcontains a sealed body with toothed gears provided therein made of ferromagnetic material and powder-like magnetically active lubricant activated by magnetic field. There is a pair of linings in the form of discs made of magnetically passive material, such as plastic, provided on the end surfaces of each wheel. The outer perimeters of the linings are in the shape of a circle with radius equal to the radius of the vertices circle of the wheel tooth ring. There are through holes made in the centers of the linings with radius not smaller than the radius of the wheel mounting hole.

EFFECT: increase quality of gearing lubrication process.
